Shipping and Return Policy

We believe that honesty is the best policy in today's online shopping market. Therefore, we designed the most generous, fair, and transparent store policy for our customers. We ship the packages within five business days. Once it is shipped, it should take 2-7 business days to arrive. We send all over the 48 states within the U.S.; however, you can request pick up if you live within or around the Lowell, MA area.

After purchasing any product, you have two days to change or cancel your order, fully refunded. We will only do returns if the item is broken or the houseplant has died (sadly) during shipping. To return any package, please go to our Contact Page, and we will get back to you shortly.
