    No, you can go to our Plant Care page and see each plants' care sheet and facts!
  • Do I have to repot the plant when I get it?
    Nope! In the plant descriptions on our site, it tells you when you can repot it next!
  • What do I do if my plant gets sick?
    First, you need to identify what the issue is; root rot, under-watered, infected with bugs, etc., you can check out our Plant Care page for support! Second, depending on the sickness, please feel free to go to our Contact Page and reach out!
  • What is the best soil to use?
    Personally depending on the plant we use Vigoro All Purpose Potting Mix, however you can make your own soil if you'd like!
  • Are you still shipping your plants?
    Unfortunately we are no longer shipping our plants and merchandise. We offer pick-up and local delivery in the Lowell, MA area. If you have any follow-up questions, please go to our Contact Page and we will get back to you shortly.
  • Why does my plant look different than the website?
    We try to show the accuracy of the plant but there may be some differences from the website, such as color or texture.
